Access Statement
General information.
Potterslade, a traditional farm is let as two 4 star self-catered properties, Ha’Penny Pool and The Good Looks. Each property can sleep 6 people or can by arrangement with the owner be let as one property sleeping 12.
Location.
Potterslade is located 1 mile from the historic village, Llawhaden located 3 miles off the A40 at Canaston Bridge, Pembrokeshire. Potterslade was a former dairy farm of the owner’s family, but now only has livestock grazing in the surrounding fields.
To access the property there is an uneven gravel lane of approximately 150 metres which leads to the farmyard buildings and beyond this are the two self catered properties, Ha’ Penny Pool and Good Looks. Access to the farmyard buildings is forbidden due to health and safety reasons.
There is no public transport in Llawhaden. The only way to get around is by using your own transport. Narberth is the nearest town located 7miles away.
Car parking.
Ample parking at the property. Car park surface constitutes of loose gravel and the car park area gradually slopes down from the property, cars can park up to 3.15metres from the property. There is a concreted path around the property.
Ha’Penny Pool
- Entrance- slight ramp leading up to front door, door width 815mm.
